Final pricing may change depending on the actual condition of the property, size of the space, number of rooms, level of buildup, add-on requests, pets, or special cleaning needs discovered at the appointment.

3. Booking Confirmation

A requested appointment is not considered fully confirmed until we approve the date and time. In some cases, a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests based on availability, safety concerns, incomplete information, or service area limitations.

4. Payments

Payment may be required before, on the day of, or immediately after service, depending on the type of appointment. If a deposit is required, it must be paid by the deadline provided in order to secure the booking. Online payments may be processed through a third-party provider such as Stripe.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

5. Deposits

Booking deposits help reserve your appointment date and time. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be non-refundable, especially for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot be completed due to access issues or inaccurate booking information.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid and may also affect future booking eligibility. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be declined at our discretion.

7. Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, delayed excessively, or prevented from completing the service because access is unavailable, locked, unsafe, or not as described, fees may still apply.

8. Scope of Service

Our services are limited to the cleaning tasks agreed upon at the time of booking or estimate. Additional tasks requested on the day of service may require extra time, additional charges, or rescheduling. We reserve the right to refuse any task that may be unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal service scope, hazardous, or outside the agreed service type.

9. Condition of Property

Clients are expected to provide accurate information about the property condition before service. Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, biohazards, infestations, strong odors, unsafe conditions, or utilities not working properly may affect pricing, timing, or our ability to complete the service.

10. Satisfaction and Service Limitations

We aim to provide quality, detail-oriented cleaning service. However, cleaning results may vary depending on the age, condition, and maintenance history of surfaces and materials. Some stains, buildup, discoloration, permanent marks, damage, or wear may not be fully removable.

11. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information
  • Secure pets if necessary for safety
  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available when needed
  • Remove valuables or fragile items when appropriate
  • Inform us in advance of any special conditions, hazards, or service restrictions

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladies Cleaning Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, service delays, scheduling changes, or conditions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability, if any, shall generally be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
